Um I don't have a title

1) My break is over on Monday already and then I have school again. But this time I won't be working full-time and going to school full-time so it should be a little better. I still need to find a job though.

2) I watched a lot of 12 kingdoms today ♥. I am now a little over half-way through. I still can't decide who my favorite character is. I totally love Youko but then I also love the Kirin. I like how they each have their own personalities. Also I assumed Kirin was a made up term for this anime and they just resembled unicorn. But really it comes from Qilin which is an Asian mystical beast http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qilin and they are related to the giraffe.

3) I am actually pretty amazed that with all the possible pairings (canon, fanon, m/m, m/f) in Sainunkoku everyone has been fairly civil so far knock on wood. I guess because it's still relatively a small fandom. I hope it stays this way.

Speaking of Saiunkoku some of my favorite scenes involve my favorite character getting drunk. XDDDDDD

Also there are now several fansub groups (new and old) working on the 2nd season. Today someone actually subbed episode 8 (of course no fansubs have come out for eps 2-7 but it's a start.) :D

4) I think it is funny that so many people have different definitions of Bishounen. Some people just use it to refer to male characters who look feminine but I've noticed a lot of girls use it for any good looking male character. For instance on here http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=49572 a lot of male posters indicated that they hated Bishounen but liked characters such as Kyon and Sousuke. What I find amusing is I can guarantee that those two are considered bishounen by many a fangirl.

Personally I like when it's hard to tell the gender of a character both male and female (examples are Kino, Sai, Haku). It makes a character more interesting to me.

anime, saiunkoku, 12 kingdoms
