Now I'm just gagging to know why the Xena/Hercules fandom was so bad.

Let's just say if you didn't like the idea of Xena/Gabrielle as a romantic couple you were not accepted into the fandom and were called some really nasty names. I remember I was called a Nazi once. :/

Now that's just silly. It may be canon and all (as far as I'm aware anyway - I mean, I was like 12 and I noticed how blatent it was) but no one wants to go down the Godwin's Law route and exclude people who are fans as well. Booo.

It was never canon the creators were complete assholes and they played both sides. And here Buffy actually wrote a good one in Willow/Tara while Xena was making subtextual jokes about it.

But back then they didn't have OT3's I could see how much better things would be if someone suggested Gabrielle/Xena/Ares LOL

edit: I should say I hate the fandom and the show now.
