My Poor Mushishi DVDs
So I fell behind with watching my Mushishi DVDs only to finally start watching the last one today and guess what it skips on the first episode (and very badly too.) D:
I probably should have checked the DVD in my DVD-ROM but the thing is my DVD player is brand new and never had a problem before this. It even plays disks that other people were reporting had problems like the Fantastic Children set.
So I ended up exchanging it at FYE. They didn't have it in stock of course but they ordered me a new one and they said it should arrive in 10-14 days. (Pro-Tip FYE, Best Buy etc will exchange anything for you even without a receipt as long as its a direct exchange. I bought the DVD on Amazon but they don't know that.
So yeah I know I am going to get a new one but now I am sad my Mushishi collection is once again incomplete. And of course once I get it I will once again have a backlog of stuff to watch since One Piece and Gurren Lagann 3 comes out around the same time. But now I just pray I won't have any problems with the replacement. :(
This should teach me to watch my DVDs as soon as I get them and I do try but I definitely have a bunch of DVDs I bought that I never watched (usually the ones I buy immediately after watching it by some other means)
I also try to pay attention to the AOD Glitch Board and if a disk I pre-ordered is known to have problems I make sure to watch that right away. Boy do I feel bad for the poor souls who bought Code Geass
