1) Both sometimes wear their hair in ponytails. 8 does more than 3.
2) 2 probably not and 10 is really shy when it comes to romance.
3) 9 is the only one that has super powers and would use it if needed. 4 is just pretty kick ass and would not rely on super powers. 7 has powers but they aren't uncommon for their world. They use these powers often but they are also versatile and use other types of skills too.
I think they would be impressed by each other. They are both pretty awesome and strong in their own way (but not necessarily physically strong.) Nothing kinky though but people might find it kinky.
7 is not Katara or Toph but I will say you are on the right track.
3 isn't very strong but resourceful and smart. They would try to use their brains and the limited fighting ability they have (skills over strength) to get out of the situation
I am not exactly sure what 9 would do but they would definitely remain calm.
