I kind of feel bad that I am only talking about icons in this post. But oh well :)

Well I am usually very anti-sequel myself but at this point I think in some ways Fox and CC already did screw up X-Files so I am not sure how they could do much worse. The thing is if the movie was going to be more mytharc then I probably would not be exited at all. But its going to be like a stand alone episode that will just take place after the series. I think I am just excited to see Scully and Mulder doing their thing again, because really we didn't have that since the 7th season.

The only thing that worries me is that they will make Scully/Mulder too mushy. I mean I love the pairing but it is one of those pairings that work better with the UST. Of course since they are already together I don't want them to ignore that either.

That worries me as well since I keep seeing posts to the XF comm about fans wanting more MSR and Im like...Dont want...
I just want them to be Mulder and Scully.

One of the worst moments for me in X-Files was when Mulder was on the run and Scully and him were exchanging really mushy e-mails with each other. It was just embarrassing.

Although I do sort of like where they left them in the series finale so I have hope. I just hope they keep the relationship stuff there but very subtle.
