So I woke up from a nap which I shouldn't have taken to read that The Girl Who Leapt Through Time was finally licensed. I love you Bandai/Kadokawa USA

It's also getting limited theatre release. They mention NY and LA but as a I recall it already got very limited releases in those cities. Personally I would rather get the DVD sooner but I am just ecstatic someone finally was finally good enough to license this movie. I also hope Kadokawa lets Bang Zoom dub this since they were excellent with Haruhi.
On a side note ADV strongly hinted that they were going to stream the 1st episode of Gurren Lagann for free online before the DVDs come out. Not that this really matters to me because I will buy the series no matter what. But it would be cool to see dub before Feb 26.
I also wonder if Chris Patton as Rossiu is real or not. It seems odd that they would only list one cast member and since anyone can update ANN. But I guess there is a good chance since Rossiu is a main character and you know Chris Patton will be in there somewhere. I would also venture to guess that Luci Christian will be either Nia or Yoko. Monica Rial and Vic Mignogna will probably be in the cast somewhere too.
