(no subject)
I talked to Linda, my Wheel teacher, before class today, to tell her I was withdrawing. She was very understanding, and actually was really upset on my behalf after I said I had two other studios (and two other classes): "You have two other studios? You have three studios?? Who let you take three studios! No one can survive that!!!"
It was gratifying. So now I just have to go pick up the form and have her sign it.
PS angry. Made cheesecake last night, and am now definitely sure that the oven cooks hotter than it says... It was supposed to bake for an hour, sometimes goes 80 minutes at home, and when I checked it at 45 minutes the top was scorched. :( Tops, rather, I made two. And burned two. Paaahhhh. Perhaps I can just slice the tops off, the inside should be fine. This is the first time I've ever had trouble with cheesecake, too.
