BTW, I am going to start listing ships here, because I just kind of love so many of them, do with it what you will.
Derek/Stiles, Stiles/Cora, Derek/Stiles/Cora, Derek/Lydia, Derek/Stiles/Lydia, Stiles/Jackson, Jackson/Derek, Derek/Stiles/Jackson, Derek/Stiles/Jackson/Lydia, Stiles/Danny, Sheriff/Melissa, Sheriff/Melissa/Chris (OMG I LOVE THIS ONE), the obvious entanglements of Scott/Allison/Isaac, Isaac/Danny, Jackson/Danny, Isaac/Erica/Boyd, Erica/Boyd, Boyd/Erica/Cora, Cora/Lydia, Allison/Lydia. I could probably keep going. Chris/Peter when done well (which I trust you to do).
Shower sex is awesome. Stiles praising Jackson and/or Derek is awesome because those puppies need adoration and to know they've done good. Oh, Scott/Stiles is great for either Angst (with a capital A) or just falling for each other. I also forgot Stiles/Isaac above.
And I say go with the Derek/Cora/Stiles thing. Really. Because Stiles + Hales + that grooming thing that they do where the show practically seems to ship Cora and Derek. I get the feeling wolves have a whole different view on it than humans.
ANYWAY. Babbling. Just write all the rares and all the porn with plot and this is gonna be awesome and I cannot WAIT to see you do TW. <333
