Read The Serpent Sea of course, and also Moneyball by Michael Lewis and Elantris by Brandon Sanderson. I've never read anything by Sanderson, but Goodreads and Amazon keep recommending his books so I thought I'd try some. Have also purchased the last season of Dexter which I missed when we changed cable companies and dropped Showtime. As soon as I catch up, I can watch this season.
