Mary dipped the spoon into the strained bananas, before feeding it to Dean. She smiled at the way he eagerly ate it, only to pound his tiny hands on the highchair’s tray when she took the spoon away to load more onto it. When she thought about it, Dean loved banana flavored baby cereal too. I wonder if all the banana cream pies I craved while pregnant had anything do with it… She looked at Dean and shook her head.
“Who’s my sweet little banana baby?”
Dean cooed and banged his hands.
“Yup!” Mary laughed and fed him another bite.
