Mary looked at the faded photograph of three year Dean dressed as a pumpkin. John stood next to him in a devil costume, grinning like a fool. She was standing on the other side dressed like an angel. Mary smiled as she recalled their argument over their costumes. In the end, it took meeting Castiel to finally convince her angels were real. She looked through the box of memories that she wasn’t part of. She pulled out a photo of her boys out trick or treating, Sammy had to be five, and tried not cry over what she had missed.
