Turns out, if I'm not utterly knackered from a week of work + rehearsal, if I've slept late and eaten a good breakfast, and if the choreography isn't brand new, I can kick some ass. I made some of the same mistakes in rehearsal today, but much fewer. And some of my castmates gave me tips that helped. I can do my fight choreography very well now, and am ready to start working it at speed. Even the deadly turn in the dance number went well. Moreover, having a good night's sleep meant that I could easily keep my emotional cool if I messed up. Or the fact that we're now in "rehearsal" as opposed to "here, learn this real quick." Less pressure. I feel much better now!
