just a random sketch i did just now. i did 3, actually. zarial, lucien, and the xar+cathal one. i decided to scan in this one since the scanner was plugged in, but i'm not really happy with how it turned out. it looks okay IRL, but the contrast of the scan seems to have ruined it. D: he looks like he's wearing eyeliner (he does wear kohl, though mostly for ceremonies and occasionally when he's 'on the job', but certainly not in this pic) and his hair is wrong. the scan didn't pick up most of the hair on his right. D:
oh well. perhaps i'll try darkening that part and rescanning it with different contrast levels. :\ but not now. need to sleep...if my nose will let me. D:
