i bombed my MS prac. i couldn't come up with a diagnosis.
like, WTF all my special tests came up negative, and the only thing i had was weakness in external rotation and stiffness and pain with flexion upon overpressure. (um, shoulder problem, btw.)
so i couldn't come up with a diagnosis, and thus my treatment was only symptomatic. all i could do was treat the weakness with exercise and do some mobilization for the stiffness and pain.
;_; GAAAAAAAAAAAARG. i'm pretty sure i'll have to retake the prac. T.T
