after getting a paid account, you go to the manage function, click on the moodthemes option, click on the link for samples, and there's a link from there to the form to upload your own theme.

takes FOREVER to get a full theme done, though. x.x

ah, ok. still perhaps i'll go buy one of the well-made bootleg copies. i've given westlife my money, and i refuse to pay the full amount for a CD that got stolen. or maybe i should go to some cheapo discount place. coast to coast is pretty old, right?
