“Feed me.”
The words were enough for Ryota to almost drop the food he’d been pulling out of his bag and spill it all over the floor of the practice room.
“Eh?”
The blush induced by the words was made darker by the silent wholf-whistled and cat calls by the rest of THEY Budo behind Yara. Eda and Hayashi formed a heart with their hands and send their ‘love love energy’ to Yamamoto with huge grins on their faces. Takahashi just grinned and then winked and made a kissy-face.
It had all started about five minutes earlier. Rehearsal had been going on for a while but Yamamoto had felt how Yara seemed to be slightly off. There was something wrong with the other’s movements, something that didn’t happen very often.
And when the music stopped, Yamamoto could hear the reason for that.
“Ryota, you always carry snacks around with you, right?” Yara had walked up to him before Yamamoto had been able to offer. “You wouldn’t have to have some with you now?” One of Yara’s arms snuck around Yamamoto’s shoulder and he leaned in closer towards the younger male.
“Uh…”
“I’m sure you have some, right? You know…cookies, chocolate…anything?”
Yamamoto nodded, “I do…”
“Fabulous! Can I have some?” Yara grinned.
“Uh…sure?”
“Alright, short break everyone!” Yara called out, without really letting go of Yamamoto.
“I’ll go get it for you then,” and with that Yamamoto had gone to rummage through his bag.
Yamamoto tried to turn away from his group-mates’ obscene gestures and faces but that meant he was looking Yara straight in the face. Without thinking, he stuffed a piece of chocolate between the other’s lips.
Yara blinked but then gave Yamamoto a smile. “Thank you, Ryota.” And a kiss on the forehead.
