1st step: read the wikipedia article on Athos; but don't bother with the books. Write the script, based on the last Musketeers movie you saw, the article, and your favourite tvtropes.
2nd step: choose an actor who can't play the nobleman-in-hiding. (He plays a loveable rogue.) If your Aramis is more noble-looking then you are on the right path.
3rd step: switch your 'Athos''s motivations: upholding the law is more important than his pride. (Remember, don't read the books!)
4th step: When writing the flashback of Comte de Fere make sure you use his name, ATHOS. Because counts named their firstborns Athos all the time.

Also, as an addedendum make sure to make d'Artagnan one of the King's Musketeers. After all you did not read the books so you can't know about the necessary prerequisit years as a soldier...
