OOC; Permission Meme
This is a general permission meme, goes for all characters and considering Light's character it may or may not be a good idea to read. XD; Will include exceptions on strikeout/inner monologue, etc.
Notes for the Psychics: ALL STRIKEOUTS ARE VISIBLE TO PSYCHICS. While they're regularly considered inner monologue, as far as I'm concerned it counts as telepathy to read his thoughts and respond in the form of strikeouts -> mental pathway. His train of thought moves VERY fast so it's likely to be hard to keep up with the process, and would require intelligence on the psychic's part as well.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Generally anything, with the exception of accusing him of being Kira (he'll outright deny it, wholeheartedly) and threatening to kill his "friends." That includes, currently, Ryuzaki, Misa, *surprisingly* Larxene, Schro, and anyone else who proves useful to him. Asking why he's the New L is fine, though you can expect spoilers and some dramatics.
Abilities: Killing people, while only knowing their face and name, through the use of his deathnote. He can also control their actions for up to 26 days before their death. Other abilities include incredible reasoning skills, obscene levels of intelligence, and a rather nasty right hook (ask L. The real one).
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/slash/etc.? Under specific permission, of course. He's made a pretty slashy image for himself already, with the comment he made to B, but he's really asexual. XD I'm open to any plotting, granted it's IC, as long as you contact me about it on AIM, through comment or email beforehand.
Maim/Murder/Death: Big fat no. Sorry, but it will not fly. Maiming under special circumstances with permission, but no damage is to be done to his brain or his right hand.
Kissing/Hugging/Badtouch: More likely than not, he'd be the one to instigate kissing or badtouching. Hugging he'll accept, but he'll be pretty suspicious of motive, though you won't know about it. He'll return the hug with a smile, to boot. You're pretty much good to do what you want here, except in the case of badtouch I'd like to be asked permission. If someone comes onto him, he'll get extremely suspicious if he considers them to be of any real intelligence (see: Larxene) but otherwise he might just be annoyed, quite honestly. The one person you can count on to keep his own libido in check.
