Rest in Peace Liesel (sp?). I never knew your last name but you were an integral part of my childhood (and semi adult) visits to Kansas City.
If you want my new address in St Louis, ask.
We move the 16th or 17th (depending at least in part upon my parents' availability) and I'm not convinced that I'm ready. Apart from the obvious (we need to clean, pack, get rid of some things) I'm not quite emotionally ready to give up on Richmond. And that's (oddly) what it feels like--giving up-- though I'm still not quite sure why.
My last day of work is Sunday. I have yet to tell any of my coworkers (most of the managers know but none of the servers). I had to force the conversation with the managers. I don't have to force it with my coworkers and it certainly hasn't come up naturally. Well, it almost did yesterday (Tuesday) with Jon the foodrunner/server but I skirted it. I just... I don't know.
I called the Kirkwood O'Charley's the other day and they told me that I would have to interview. Let me tell you how not excited I am to have to interview for a position I already have. grumble. Mostly I'm scared that they're going to ask me to recite, to role play to.... shit I don't like to do. (note: "role play" meaning pretending to sell them things..
DUDe. I wrote this a few days ago (two? yesterday?) and apparently it didn't post. Crazy shit.
