If you're alliance the trolls don't attack you. They're neutral except for the nameds, they're just green. I had a fun time dancing around w/ them last night. They drop some silver and other misc crap.. I got roasted quail from the one I killed.

The internets have lied to me then. Was it even a lot of silver or just like 2 each?

Mmm.. about 5each. They drop runecloth too, from what I've heard.
