Uhg, I am so sorry you had so much difficulty making your video. Windows Movie Maker is SO annoying. I've spent many hours attempting to edit vlogs with WMM, but always gave up due to it's incessant technical difficulties.

Also, you should definitely do NaNoWriMo. You, me, and Christy can all keep each other motivated, much like we did for BEDA. We can post excerpts in our blogs and keep each other updated on our word counts, as well as posting encouragement and support in the comments during those inevitable days during NaNo when it starts feeling impossible and you want to give up. Last year was my first NaNo, and though my final novel was pretty awful, I finished with 51,000 words. :) It also helps to go on the forums on the NaNo website and chat with other NaNoers, as well as signing up for a NaNo profile so you can log your word counts and become an official winner. One person on the forums recommended this site called "write or die" to me where you write in a text box and if you stop for any period of time, it starts playing an extremely loud and unpleasant noise. Word wars are helpful, too. That's when you have a race against someone to see who can write the most words in a set amount of time.

Anyway, I've rambled on for far too long now, but the point is that NaNo is a super fun and unbelievably rewarding experience, and you should totally do it. :)
