Real, serious update. Wow.
It's been a while since I've posted here in any coherent fashion, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
A lot has happened in my life, even within the past 6 months. I graduated from my Animation program, and got accepted into an internship at Starz Animation working on a short film. At the end on the 4 months, I was hired on until April to work on a Christmas special that will be airing this year, as well as their recently announced feature, Gnomeo and Juliet. It'll be exciting to see my name in the credits of something.
Julian and I have moved into a different apartment, away from Murray Ross, which was becoming sketchier by the week. We're settled in now, and are happy with the place. We've been dating for over two and a half years now. Strange to think so much time has passed. We've been butting heads a lot recently.
This year, I'm going to try going on medication for the SAD. I'm scared as hell. I still remember what my sister went through. It almost scares me more than the alternative. I feel like I'm stuck in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation, but if this turns out to be a fix-all, then I'd be a fool to not try it.
I prayed today. I've never done it before. Not sure if I'll ever do it again.
Not much else to say. It's getting colder, it's getting darker, surprise surprise, welcome to Canada.
