Terms and conditions:
1) For any defects in items, please email us a picture of defects within 8 working days from the day we mailed out the item. Item must be in original,unused condition. (However, we will check for defects before mailing item out)
When we have received the defect item, we will try to process for exchange ASAP. In case of OOS for defective item, we'll refund the amount to you/credit amount to next purchase with kippistoall.
2) Conditions that are not considered as defects are :
Colour difference (different monitor screen has different colour resolution)
Zips that are difficult to zip/tight.
Loose threads (I will try to remove all loose threadings before mailing item out)
3)The pictures are provided by supplier and are said to be true to real item.
4)We will not be responsible for lost mails. Thus registered mail is highly recommended.
5)Once order is confirmed, no changes will be allowed.
6)No exchange/refunds will be entertained unless item is found to have a major defect.
