It took me passing out on the couch and imagining a giant black bunny giving me a bath to convince me--that and several tongue lashings and foot stompings from a certain redhead--but, yeah, I succumbed to the bug that's hit just about everyone at TeniU. Personally, I suspect the Department of Microbiology and an experiment gone horribly wrong

You do make a terrible patient, but I"ll forgive you for that. You're not used to it.
I"m glad to hear that you won't have to practically live at work. I missed you. I can't wait to get away.
The mountains are lovely this time of year. If only I had someone to go with me. Do you know anyone that could keep me company?

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it, also. She said she'll still let me work OT if I need the cash, but at least we won't be run ragged. Toyama-san was working alongside us and three times as hard.
Well, I was thinking about taking a trip there myself. Do you think you could find something to entertain you if I did?

I'll still take care of you if you need it. Though you looking worn out was starting to bother me. I've never seen you look that tired before. You have an amazing boss. I think my boss would really like you. Remember, he still wants that meeting with you. He makes me laugh.
I'm sure I could find someone to keep me company while you're gone. I dont' know if they'd be as entertaining as you though, and quite frankly, I don't want to find out. You're all I need. I guess if I head up to the mountains, I'd have to find a warm blanket.

All I have to say is, "Rub what in my face?" Dur. My nurse was very cute, very sexy, very bossy, very stompy, and made a wonderful blanket--so good, in fact, I almost didn't want to get well. I love you.
Is your boss married? I can't remember if Toyama-san is. Maybe we should fix them up (assuming they're not attached already). Toyama-san tells me she'd like to meet you, too. Actually, what she said is that she'd "like to meet the little cutie that's brought the smile to Kippei-kun's face."
I suppose since we're both heading up that way we could always travel together. Actually, I meant could you find something to entertain you if we both traveled that way together. I can guarantee a very warm blanket.

You'll have to wait and see what I'll rub in your face. And you're lucky your nurse didn't actually tie you to the bed. You'd still be in it. I wouldn't want you to wear yourself out. Though the thought of you tied to a bed is quite...interesting. I could have fun with that.
No, Pops isn't married. Yes, he makes me call him Pops now. His wife died a couple of years ago from cancer. He's been thinking of remarrying. He's lonely, which is why I think he'd adopting me. I'd like to meet Toyama-san. She seems pretty nice. Maybe we should set them up, as long as she isn't with anyone.
So, are we getting a cabin, or are you going to be my mattress?

Poor guy. Okay, I'll find out if she's single. If so, we're doing this. We won't push but if they're both so great it'll happen, right? Plus they both have cooking in common. I know...I can tell her you're working extra and ask her to have dinner with me one night when you're on duty--ostensibly to meet you, but secretly to meet your boss.
I'll be your mattress no matter where we are. Will you be my blanket?
If we camp, will you miss indoor plumbing?

I'm insisting on going back to work next week. He needs me there. The grannies yelled at him today. He had to call me and tell me. They said that they wanted me back there. So, next week, I'll be working, you invite her out, and I'll tell Pops that I need help bringing food out to your table. Then we'll see what happens.
I will always be your blanket. Haven't I proven that this week?
It would be something I would be willing to go without for you. As long as we're not gone too long. A couple of days, yes. A month, no.
Oh, and Kippei? I love you.

Sounds like a plan. Are we turning into one of those couples who can't stand to see people they like single?
Mmmm...you warm me nicely. I bet you didn't know I like to snuggle with my blankets.
I wouldn't want to for a month either. Let's camp then. I haven't done that for ages. If we choose the right park, we can hike into their lodge and eat honest to goodness food when we get tired of roughing it. If we do.
I miss you. I like it a lot more when neither of is sick and I can sit and watch you while you study and send you flirty emails.

I'll need to think about candidates. I'm a little concerned about Mizuki sniffing around Kamio, right now.
I definitely want my blanket after reading all this. Too bad he's in class. You know what I look forward to? Being able to hold you, touch you, put an arm around you and just sit and talk without worrying that we're in the common room where someone might see the smallest bit of affection or flirtation and be hurt. I don't want to hurt anyone, but I wish I could be natural around you. Maybe I'll just stare at you all night with the goofy smile you say I get.
Actually, I'm pretty certain I have that goofy smile on my face right now. I'm sending you a flirty text, and I hope I make you blush during the middle of class. It must be possible. We can't be the only two people in the world who feel that way. I love you.
