To the new year...
It has FINALLY reached the new year for us over here. It feels like I'm the last to hit everything ;) I also have noticed some negativity regarding the past year, countdown, and the year to come, so I decided to post something positive :) <3
- Seeing Uchi return to Playzone, come up onstage at Tokyo Dome, and be mentioned (or alluded to) in jwebs was quite lovely. Also his appearance in the 47 photobook!
- Killing everyone's fears/expectations of Jin never returning back to the group when Jin officially returned in April. It did give you a sense of relief, didn't it? Because I don't think KAT-TUN is the same without him.
- Ohkura's soaring popularity over the past year, and one can argue over 2006 as well. How did he end up on the An-An list and the Duet lists?? Let's hope for more for him <3
- Yoko's rumors over not being good enough being squashed when the rumors for Yuukan Club were true. And he finally got his solo concerts that sold out quickly.
- Toma's burst in popularity: rumors of Hana Kimi being true, Toma breaking away from any negativity and criticism and instead impressing them, getting a protagonist lead role so quickly, appearing in Seventeen in an interview with Yamashita, and appearing on Countdown <3<3
- I think just the Eito boom in general. Who'd have thought that they'd be voted who people most want to see in Kouhaku behind SMAP??
- Jun in HYD2 and Countdown = my highlights for him <3
Let's hope that this year of renewal in the year of the Rat will bring many new pleasant surprises for all of us :) And remember--let us not dwell on the negative things that have happened to us, but rather think of it as helpful past experiences that we can learn from and grow <3
I'd talk about personal growth from this past year but I'm making this post public so I decided not to ;)

I also look forward to Honey and Clover which comes up soon. Look forward to a post for that. I also need to download ISWAK2 with subs--I'm behind. And I downloaded Jitensha Shounenki, so that may be my first drama special of 2008?? XD
