Thank you to the beautiful adriana_lima for the new icons, that's if LJ hasn't replaced them with the ever interesting white box with a red cross in it ;)
So now I have the icon to back up Keira's suggestion of my introduction upon meeting others in chat, that fellow from Remember the Titans who got picked on and had that shaggy, hippie-esque look about him. ;)
While on the subject of icons, I have recently seen a redhead grace my friends’ page. mcgowan_r has joined us. I briefly caught up with her a few days ago. A hesitant conversation was had before we both gave up. I wonder whether whatever semblance of friendship that remains between us is now being lost. I hope not. She's a wonderful person and someone I loved. Once.
