Rotator Cuff Details

It has been about 10 days since I went to the orthopedist. He gave me some exercises to do every day. They take about 30 minutes. I was originally injured in March, in Paris. I was doing some squat-thrusts, and my left shoulder started hurting. It gradually started getting better, but I never recovered 100%. Then, in August, I re-injured it while carrying a mattress upstairs to the new apartment. I'm not in a lot of pain ... it only hurts when I wash my hair, or my back. I finally went to get it checked out, because I want to lift heavy weights and I don't want to make my shoulder injury worse.
