Hi everybody! It's been a while since I last posted, so I'm long overdue for an update. I have tendinitis of the left rotator cuff. I went to the orthopedist last Friday, and he gave me a shot and some exercises to do. I've been doing them every day, except for yesterday. After my rotator cuff is all healed up in a few weeks, I can go back to the gym and lift weights.
