Also we'd like to mention that lately there have been some incidents which happened lately in Japan. That's also the reason why the HQ files, which we use to encode,  are released later as usually, so our releases might be slowed down because of this.

yup, at least fansubber should and especially for those who live in japan.
They risk to get arrested too.

Maybe users too, because this can mean that they are getting stricter, HQ files are affected already, maybe one day NQ too...so that means no doramas in future.

The problem is, that neither fansubber nor streaming sites own the right for the videos. Fansubber own the right for the subs only and streaming sites, they dont own anything. If you download the subs for personal use, its okay. But if you make money by something you dont own, its stealing.
Streaming sites like Crunchyroll and veoh provokates that japanese tv station make such actions.

Fansubs are here for non-commercial use. If you like a dorama, then people should get encouraged to buy the DVDBox or/and OST. Only if you support the actors and producers of dorama like that, they can produce more dorama in future.

I hope i could help you with answering that question.
Its a difficult matter to explain, because behind all this you need to know, how TV and their broadcasting work. There is a special system behind it and through internet its already very costly for small tvstations to air something. I myself try also to learn more about it.
