UEDA: autumn. the temperature is just right.during autumn,i have the urge to go hiking, soak myself in the hotspring, take a look at the red falling leaves...what a nice atmosphere

UEDA:basically,anything is fine! but if i've to spare a thought for my muscles,i'll prefer the meal to be high in protein..so,a "beany" meal would be the best.i dont know how to prepare it,so maybe,i'll make do with dumplings with a lot a lot a lot of garlics.
