{Chapter 10}
* Everyone's in the limo. Seat arrangement: Kim-Jin-Joyz-Ueda-Maru*
Jin: so what are you guys doing all the way out here? Weren't you supposed to be at the studio with everyone else?
Ueda: we got distracted.
Jin: *looks at Kim and Joyz* yeah, I can see how that happened
*Kim catches Jin checking her out and moves a little further from him*
Jin: so what are you lovely ladies doing here?
Joyz: we live near here! Well, not really, but we know this place rather well, don't we Kim?
Kim: hmm *gets distracted by looking out the window*
Jin: wow, you two are a real catch. You must show me around at some point-
Joyz: of course! We'd love to-
Kim: I'm busy-
Joyz: -I'd love to show you around. It'll be fun, the two of us. Ueda-san and Maru-san can join us too, if they want. Oh! And Kamenashi, Taguchi and Tanaka-san too! They can all come if they'd like. I know TONS of places to go to, how long you guys staying? A couple days? A week or two? Doesn't matter, I'll plan out everything so you can get a chance to visit everything we have to offer! It'll be so fun!...
*Joyz goes off talking to Jin , Kim is staring out the window, Maru is looking at Kim and Ueda is just sitting there*
Maru: Ueda-san, what do I do? Kimmy chan looks like she's really upset.
Ueda: when we get to this party Jin is speaking of, take her to a side and talk to her
Maru: but what if she doesn't wanna talk to me? I mean, she didn't want to outside the restaurant, why would you think she'd want to at a party with more people?
Ueda: she has time to think about it right now. Just give her a bit of time. Time will heal all.
Maru: wow O_O that was profound. I would never have expected it from you
Ueda: what's that suppose to mean? O_o
Maru: nothing. Just that I wouldn't expect you to say that.

*Ueda punches Maru in the arm jokingly*

* Maru raises his arms to protect himself and laughs*

Jin: driver, turn here onigai
Joyz:- we're almost there!? GREAT!
* the limo drives up to the beach house driveway where there are people all over the place dancing, drinking and having a good time*
Jin: thanks bro, we'll get off here. Shall we ladies?
* Jin reaches over to open the door, trying to get closer to Kim, but the second the door opens, Kim darts out of the limo followed by Jin, Joyz, Ueda and Maru*
Jin: harsh
Joyz: oh, don't worry about Kim, she's just not exactly in a good mood. So, where are we exactly?
Jin: a beach house party! Let's go inside, shall we?
* Jin holds out his elbow for Joyz and walks inside with her, everyone else follows and separate- Kim going upstairs, Jin and Joyz going to the living room and Ueda and Maru going to the kitchen.*

Maru: kuso, I don't know what to do Ueda T_T
Ueda: just relax a little, don't think too much, you gonna get old faster
Maru: O_O' I'm not that old
Ueda: well you'll start looking like it if you keep worrying like this

Random guy: heyyyyyyy! Here, try some of this, it's pretty awesome!
*shoves a drink in Ueda's face *
Ueda: oh-oh-okay. Hai. arigatou.
* takes a sip and start coughing*
Random guy: nah bro, you gotta down it all at once! Do it!
*Ueda downs the entire drink and starts coughing some more*
Ueda: wh-what was that?
Random guy: jäger bomb
Maru: a what? What's in it? Should he have even had it? What if he spiked it with something? Ueda, are you alright?
Random guy: chill dude, he'll be fine-
Ueda: that was awesome! Got anymore from where that came from?
Random guy: yeah! I can get you another one
Ueda: sugoi!
*random guy leaves dancing to the music*
Maru: so? What do I do?
Ueda: well, ano. Uhm.... Watashi wa... You should...
Maru: daijobou desu ka? O_O
Ueda: uh, hai. Hai hai, I'm good.
Maru: hai, so-
Ueda: well, I saw her go upstairs, so why don't you go and talk to her. One on one. Tell her what your feeling. Kimmy-chan might be upset but she'll hear you out
Maru: are you sure?
Ueda: hai. She's good like that
Random guy: HEYYYY MAN! Here you go *shoves a drink into Ueda's hand*
Ueda: cool
* random guy shoves a drink into Maru's face*
Maru: n-no thank you.
Random guy: suit yourself. Ready yo? Take it like a shot
Ueda: okay =D
Maru: I'll see you later, matta ne
*Maru leaves the two of them doing jäger bombs like shots and walks up the stairs and tries to find Kim*

*Kim walks upstairs 2 steps at a time, walking to the end of the hallway to the last door an opened it to find a startled couple making out on the bed *
Guy: hey, what the-
Kim: get out
Girl: who are you to say that to us-
Kim: can you please just leave already?! Go find another room for the love of Jin...
*Kim walks over to the window and stares out of it towards the ocean behind the house*
Guy: who the hell is Jean?
Kim: get out
Girl: let's just go, she's being weird anyways
*couple gets up off the bed and leave Kim staring out the window. After a couple minutes she starts pacing in the room, biting her nails*
Kim: seriously... I can't even.... UGH... What the hell does he think?!... I can't believe... ARGH!
*Kim grabs the nearest object, which happens to be a vase, and throws it in the opposite direction at the door, shattering it to pieces.*
*Kim hears a knock at the door, and it opens slowly*
Kim:...

*Maru walked up the stairs and into the hallway, looking at all the doors on either side*
Maru: there's a 1 in 6 chance I get the right room in the first try.
*Maru walks up to the first door and opens it after knocking on it*
Maru: oh! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to-
*a couple is making out on the bed, startled*
Girl: this is the second freaking time. Don't you know to knock?
Guy: yeah, and get your own room, I'm not getting kicked out from this one too. Crazy bitch kicked us out of the other one
Maru: kicked out?
Girl: yeah, some random girl comes rushing into the room and demands we leave, she even spoke weird. Said something about Jean-
Maru: which room is she in?!
Guy: chill guy, last room on the left. So that's your lady eh? What'd you do to make her pissed?
Maru: it's all a misunderstanding
Girl: I bet. Can you leave us?
Maru: oh! Gomen gomen
*Maru is just about to bow his head and leave when they all hear a loud crash from down the hall*
Guy: oh guy, your dead. She must be pissed
*Maru runs out of the room to the last door on the left and knocked on it, and slowly opened the door*
Kim:.....
Maru: hey. I didn't know what was going on in here, so I came to make sure everything was okay
Kim: Everything’s fine, you can go
Maru: Kim...
Kim: just close the door on your way out
Maru: Kim, let me explain myself--
Kim: I just need time to think
*Kim turns her back to Maru and walks away, towards the window*
Maru: Kim--
*Maru walks up to Kim, whom back is towards him and grabs her shoulder and turns her around to find tears in her eyes*
Maru: Kimmy-chan. Daijobou desu ka? Please don't cry
Kim: *tears silently streaming down her face* I told you I just need some time to think
Maru: onigai, don't cry.
*Maru moves in close to hold Kim and begins wiping her fallen tears with a folded handkerchief from his pocket*
Kim: Yuichi, I really like you. You have no idea, but all if this-- all of THIS is too much for me. I can't keep believing in something like this, it's not real to me.
Maru: what makes you believe it's not real?
Kim: because I see you with Joyz more often than I see your interest for me
Maru: you know that I want to be with you, right? And only you, no one else.

Joyz: this place is really cool, don't you think Jin?
Jin: yeah! This place is rockin!
Joyz: rockin?
Jin: yeah, isn't that what you guys say over here?
Joyz: sure....
Jin: what?!
Joyz: nothing, nevermind
Jin: okay!
*Jin leans over the arm of the couch Joyz is sitting on and hands her a beer*
Joyz: what is this?
Jin: what? You've never seen a drink before? It's just beer, chill. Just drink it up.
Joyz: I don't know....
Jin: common, just drink it. You'll like it.
*Jin takes a swig of his own beer and looks at Joyz. Soon Joyz raises her bottle and takes a tiny sip from her drink and winces*
Jin: nah, you're doing it all wrong. Gotta drink it up!
*Joyz leans back and takes a bigger sip*
Jin: there you go! Drink, drink, drink, drink--
*a chant started up in the room with more and more people adding in, and shoving drinks at Joyz. She slowly began drinking her beer and polished off the bottle before being handed more drinks and kept drinking*
Everyone: YAY!!!
*Joyz keeps taking the drinks in front of her, downing one drink after the next until she lost count and got dizzy*
Joyz: too many. That's enough.
*the crowd around her disperses and walks off*
Jin: aww you only had 8 drinks.
Joyz: 8 drinks too many…
Jin: hey, it's only getting started.
*Jin leans over the arm of the couch and drapes himself over top of Joyz*
Jin: so Joyz, did I ever tell you how beautiful you look tonight?
Joyz: really? =D *blushes* stop saying things like that. I'm- I'm... I'm gonna be sick
*Joyz jumps off the couch and runs down the hall to the bathroom and locks herself in and throws up*

Ueda: kampai!
*Ueda downs another jäger bomb and sets the glass down with a clank*
Ueda: again.
Random guy: wow guy, that was 5 jäger bombs. Are you sure you wanna do another?
Ueda: hai. I haven't reached my limit yet.
Random guy: you sure? Your looking a little out of it, your eyes...
Ueda: I'm Japanese! My eyes are always like that! *slams his fist into the kitchen counter angrily and people start looking *
Random guy: I didn't mean it like that, just that you look out of it and your eyes are blood shot. I don't think you should do anymore.
Ueda: I'll decide when I stop
*Ueda grabs the drink out of the guy's hand and starts walking off into the living room towards the back of the house and slides the door free and goes out into the cool air*
"drink! Drink! Drink! Drink!"
Ueda: Baka. Hope he doesn't drink to much and die or something.
*Ueda walks off the patio and onto the sand towards the beach, taking off his shoes, letting his feet dig into the sand*

*Joyz stumbles out of the washroom and looks out into the hall with people littering it and through hazed eyes, looks around and finds the stairs. She stumbles over to the stairs, bumps into a few people who are talking in the hall, and attempts the stairs one at a time*
Joyz: need somewhere... To lie down... Head... Spinning.
*Joyz makes it to the top of the stairs and looks down the long stretch of hallway. Exhausted, she wobbles over down the hall*
Joyz: okay Joyz, you can do this. Go to the last room and--
*Joyz collapses on the floor with a thud*

Kim: -what was that?
Maru: Kim, stop getting distracted-
Kim: no, I heard something outside the room, in the hall
Maru: I didn't.
Kim: well, your hearing is pretty awful then, isn't it?
*Kim walks to the door and pulls it open to find Joyz on the floor in the hall 2 feet away*
Kim: OMJ joyz!
Maru: what-
*Kim rushes over to oyz and checks her vitals*
Maru: is she alright? O_O
Kim: yeah, she is-
*Joyz mumbles something*
Kim: what was that? Joyz, are you okay?
Joyz: ...drank...too much... Sick...throw… up...
Kim: oh Joyz T_T you can't drink, remember? You can't hold your alcohol.
Maru: let's take her inside *goes to pick her up*
Kim: it's okay, I got her.
*Kim adjusts Joyz and picks her up from the ground, and brings her into the room and sets her on the bed against the pillows*
Maru: I'll go and make her some tea- did you want anything while I'm gone?
Kim: worry about her for now. I can get my own drink, thanks.
*Maru sets out to the kitchen to get Joyz some tea*
Kim: oh Joyz. The things you do sometimes...
*Kim adjusts the pillows and sheets so that Joyz can lie down properly*
Maru: they didn't have much of a choice for tea, so I made her chamomile- is that okay?
Kim: just give it to her. Tea is tea. I'll be back.
*Kim steps out of the room and heads down the stairs into the party and loud music*
Maru: Joisu-chan? Wake up, I got you some tea. Here.
*Joyz slowly wakes up and accepts the cup of tea, drinking slowly*
Joyz: this is not helping with my dizziness.
Maru: no, but does it help at all?
Joyz: very little-
*Kim returns to the room with a plastic cup full of something and bottle of vodka*
Kim: here, drink this.
*Kim shoves the cup at Joyz*
Joyz: wh-what is it?
Kim: it's not going to kill you, and it's nothing worse than the alcohol you just Inhaled and threw up. Now drink it, slowly.
*Joyz accepts the cup and takes small sips of the unknown drink*
Kim: finish it all. And don't down it like the rest of the stuff.
Maru: what's that for? *pointing to the bottle of vodka in kim's hand*
Kim: this? It's for me. *unscrews the cap and takes a swig* I'm gonna need it tonight.

*Ueda walks along the shore of the beach, shoes in one hand, half bottle of whiskey in the other, toes squishing in the wet sand*
Ueda: AAAHHH, it's so nice out tonight! Who would have guessed today would be so NICE!
*someone in the background screams out for Ueda to shut up but the waves of the ocean over power them*
Ueda: sooooooo nice *takes a swig from the bottle in his hand, and then another. And then another. And then finishes off the entire bottle* hmmm, I could have sworn it was pretty full when I left.. oh well.
*Ueda casts the bottle aside and keeps walking, until he sees a giant rock looking over the ocean*
Ueda: ohhh, that looks like fun-
*Ueda walks over to it and starts climbing it *

Kim: feel any better?
Joyz: yeah- I do. What is it?
Kim: it's a mixture I discovered not too far back that helps with hangovers.
Joyz: is that what I have? O_O
Kim: dunno, but drink it and you won't have one.
Maru: Kim, can I talk to you? Outside?
Kim: yeah, sure.
*both leave Joyz in the room, drinking her unknown drink.
*Kim takes another sip from her bottle and looks at Maru*
Maru: listen. I want you to know that you mean everything to me. I want you to understand that.
Kim: uhmm *takes a larger sip*
Maru: Kim, are you even listening?
Kim: yes, yes I am. And I'm trying to make the point clear- I don't think that's true, even if you want it to be.
Maru: I know it’s true.
Kim: well whether or not you think it’s true, you sure as hell ain’t showing it.
Maru: I know what it looks like-
Kim: HA! You know what it looks like? Are you sure? Cause what it looks like is you all over Joyz every chance you get . which is pretty much whenever I’m not around. I don’t know who you’re trying to fool Nakamaru Yuichi, but you’re not fooling me. I’m not going to be played by some wannabe pimp who thinks because he’s famous and looks good, that he can get any and all the women he wants, and how many he wants.
Maru: you think I’m good looking?
Kim: MARU! Did you not just hear what I said?!
Maru: yes, I did! And I’m not like that. Kim, I swear I’m nothing like how you perceive me… except, I can definitely be good looking-
*Kim sighs, and starts to turn around to walk away*
Maru:- I was joking *Maru pulls Kim back by her shoulder, bringing her merely inches from himself* don’t be mad at me. That was a joke. Kimberly, you don’t understand. I’m not “playing” you like a “pimp”, cause honestly that’s not like me, but even so I would never do that to you and Joyz. You two are important to me- but not in the exact same way. Joisu-chan is more of a very valuable friend- I wouldn’t see anything the same way if she weren’t my friend. And you Kimmy-chan-
Kim: what about me? I’m more of the person that you can play my feelings against me or something?
Maru:- no. Kimmy-chan is one relationship I cannot see myself without. Having you in my life is something I don’t think I can live without- no, I know I cannot live without. You’re more than just a friend, much more. I want to be with you. And I’m telling you now- Joyz and I don’t have that kind of relationship, I would never do that to you. Those couple of times, they were not what we wanted- not what I wanted. They were mistakes. Truly, I’m telling you the truth.
*Kim takes another long sip out of the bottle in her hand, feeling the burn at the back of her throat*
Kim: Ahhh, uh. Okay. So you claim to be faithful. And that you want to be with me. So what’s stopping you Maru?
Maru: well that would be- wait.
Kim: there is nothing, is there? I’ve given you every chance, up until now, to prove yourself and how “faithful” you truly are. But every time, every freaking time, something happens and I don’t like what I see. Yuichi, please save yourself the hurt and heartbreak and just stop. Clearly we’re not meant for each other. You seem to lean towards Joyz and Ueda is constantly around me-

Kim: what?
*Maru encloses the little bit of space that remains between the two till their noses are almost touching*
Maru:*lowers his voice to just above a whisper* I’m not giving up on you. I refuse. I don’t care how long it takes, but you will be mine.
Kim: *whispers, looking into his eyes* prove it.
*Maru leans in the remaining little bit of space between them, lowering his eye lids just as his lips are about to touch Kim’s, his hands reaching around Kim’s back to bring her in closer -*
*a girl screams*
“SOMEONE HELP HIM! HE’S GONNA DIE!”

*Jin leans over the arm of the couch Joyz is sitting on and hands her a beer*
Joyz: what is this?
Jin: what? You've never seen a drink before? It's just beer, chill. Just drink it up.
Joyz: I don't know....
Jin: common, just drink it. You'll like it.
*Jin takes a swig of his own beer and looks at Joyz. Soon Joyz raises her bottle and takes a tiny sip from her drink and winces*
Jin: nah, you're doing it all wrong. Gotta drink it up!
*Joyz leans back and takes a bigger sip*
Jin: there you go! Drink, drink, drink, drink--
*a chant started up in the room with more and more people adding in, and shoving drinks at Joyz. She slowly began drinking her beer and polished off the bottle before being handed more drinks and kept drinking*
Everyone: YAY!!!
*Joyz keeps taking the drinks in front of her, downing one drink after the next until she lost count and got dizzy*
Joyz: too many. That's enough.
*the crowd around her disperses and walks off*
Jin: aww you only had 8 drinks.
Joyz: 8 drinks too many…
Jin: hey, it's only getting started.
*Jin leans over the arm of the couch and drapes himself over top of Joyz*
Jin: so Joyz, did I ever tell you how beautiful you look tonight?
Joyz: really? =D *blushes* stop saying things like that. I'm- I'm... I'm gonna be sick
*Joyz jumps off the couch and runs down the hall to the bathroom and locks herself in and throws up*

Ueda: kampai!
*Ueda downs another jäger bomb and sets the glass down with a clank*
Ueda: again.
Random guy: wow guy, that was 5 jäger bombs. Are you sure you wanna do another?
Ueda: hai. I haven't reached my limit yet.
Random guy: you sure? Your looking a little out of it, your eyes...
Ueda: I'm Japanese! My eyes are always like that! *slams his fist into the kitchen counter angrily and people start looking *
Random guy: I didn't mean it like that, just that you look out of it and your eyes are blood shot. I don't think you should do anymore.
Ueda: I'll decide when I stop
*Ueda grabs the drink out of the guy's hand and starts walking off into the living room towards the back of the house and slides the door free and goes out into the cool air*
"drink! Drink! Drink! Drink!"
Ueda: Baka. Hope he doesn't drink to much and die or something.
*Ueda walks off the patio and onto the sand towards the beach, taking off his shoes, letting his feet dig into the sand*

*Joyz stumbles out of the washroom and looks out into the hall with people littering it and through hazed eyes, looks around and finds the stairs. She stumbles over to the stairs, bumps into a few people who are talking in the hall, and attempts the stairs one at a time*
Joyz: need somewhere... To lie down... Head... Spinning.
*Joyz makes it to the top of the stairs and looks down the long stretch of hallway. Exhausted, she wobbles over down the hall*
Joyz: okay Joyz, you can do this. Go to the last room and--
*Joyz collapses on the floor with a thud*

Kim: -what was that?
Maru: Kim, stop getting distracted-
Kim: no, I heard something outside the room, in the hall
Maru: I didn't.
Kim: well, your hearing is pretty awful then, isn't it?
*Kim walks to the door and pulls it open to find Joyz on the floor in the hall 2 feet away*
Kim: OMJ joyz!
Maru: what-
*Kim rushes over to oyz and checks her vitals*
Maru: is she alright? O_O
Kim: yeah, she is-
*Joyz mumbles something*
Kim: what was that? Joyz, are you okay?
Joyz: ...drank...too much... Sick...throw… up...
Kim: oh Joyz T_T you can't drink, remember? You can't hold your alcohol.
Maru: let's take her inside *goes to pick her up*
Kim: it's okay, I got her.
*Kim adjusts Joyz and picks her up from the ground, and brings her into the room and sets her on the bed against the pillows*
Maru: I'll go and make her some tea- did you want anything while I'm gone?
Kim: worry about her for now. I can get my own drink, thanks.
*Maru sets out to the kitchen to get Joyz some tea*
Kim: oh Joyz. The things you do sometimes...
*Kim adjusts the pillows and sheets so that Joyz can lie down properly*
Maru: they didn't have much of a choice for tea, so I made her chamomile- is that okay?
Kim: just give it to her. Tea is tea. I'll be back.
*Kim steps out of the room and heads down the stairs into the party and loud music*
Maru: Joisu-chan? Wake up, I got you some tea. Here.
*Joyz slowly wakes up and accepts the cup of tea, drinking slowly*
Joyz: this is not helping with my dizziness.
Maru: no, but does it help at all?
Joyz: very little-
*Kim returns to the room with a plastic cup full of something and bottle of vodka*
Kim: here, drink this.
*Kim shoves the cup at Joyz*
Joyz: wh-what is it?
Kim: it's not going to kill you, and it's nothing worse than the alcohol you just Inhaled and threw up. Now drink it, slowly.
*Joyz accepts the cup and takes small sips of the unknown drink*
Kim: finish it all. And don't down it like the rest of the stuff.
Maru: what's that for? *pointing to the bottle of vodka in kim's hand*
Kim: this? It's for me. *unscrews the cap and takes a swig* I'm gonna need it tonight.

*Ueda walks along the shore of the beach, shoes in one hand, half bottle of whiskey in the other, toes squishing in the wet sand*
Ueda: AAAHHH, it's so nice out tonight! Who would have guessed today would be so NICE!
*someone in the background screams out for Ueda to shut up but the waves of the ocean over power them*
Ueda: sooooooo nice *takes a swig from the bottle in his hand, and then another. And then another. And then finishes off the entire bottle* hmmm, I could have sworn it was pretty full when I left.. oh well.
*Ueda casts the bottle aside and keeps walking, until he sees a giant rock looking over the ocean*
Ueda: ohhh, that looks like fun-
*Ueda walks over to it and starts climbing it *

Kim: feel any better?
Joyz: yeah- I do. What is it?
Kim: it's a mixture I discovered not too far back that helps with hangovers.
Joyz: is that what I have? O_O
Kim: dunno, but drink it and you won't have one.
Maru: Kim, can I talk to you? Outside?
Kim: yeah, sure.
*both leave Joyz in the room, drinking her unknown drink.
*Kim takes another sip from her bottle and looks at Maru*
Maru: listen. I want you to know that you mean everything to me. I want you to understand that.
Kim: uhmm *takes a larger sip*
Maru: Kim, are you even listening?
Kim: yes, yes I am. And I'm trying to make the point clear- I don't think that's true, even if you want it to be.
Maru: I know it’s true.
Kim: well whether or not you think it’s true, you sure as hell ain’t showing it.
Maru: I know what it looks like-
Kim: HA! You know what it looks like? Are you sure? Cause what it looks like is you all over Joyz every chance you get . which is pretty much whenever I’m not around. I don’t know who you’re trying to fool Nakamaru Yuichi, but you’re not fooling me. I’m not going to be played by some wannabe pimp who thinks because he’s famous and looks good, that he can get any and all the women he wants, and how many he wants.
Maru: you think I’m good looking?
Kim: MARU! Did you not just hear what I said?!
Maru: yes, I did! And I’m not like that. Kim, I swear I’m nothing like how you perceive me… except, I can definitely be good looking-
*Kim sighs, and starts to turn around to walk away*
Maru:- I was joking *Maru pulls Kim back by her shoulder, bringing her merely inches from himself* don’t be mad at me. That was a joke. Kimberly, you don’t understand. I’m not “playing” you like a “pimp”, cause honestly that’s not like me, but even so I would never do that to you and Joyz. You two are important to me- but not in the exact same way. Joisu-chan is more of a very valuable friend- I wouldn’t see anything the same way if she weren’t my friend. And you Kimmy-chan-
Kim: what about me? I’m more of the person that you can play my feelings against me or something?
Maru:- no. Kimmy-chan is one relationship I cannot see myself without. Having you in my life is something I don’t think I can live without- no, I know I cannot live without. You’re more than just a friend, much more. I want to be with you. And I’m telling you now- Joyz and I don’t have that kind of relationship, I would never do that to you. Those couple of times, they were not what we wanted- not what I wanted. They were mistakes. Truly, I’m telling you the truth.
*Kim takes another long sip out of the bottle in her hand, feeling the burn at the back of her throat*
Kim: Ahhh, uh. Okay. So you claim to be faithful. And that you want to be with me. So what’s stopping you Maru?
Maru: well that would be- wait.
Kim: there is nothing, is there? I’ve given you every chance, up until now, to prove yourself and how “faithful” you truly are. But every time, every freaking time, something happens and I don’t like what I see. Yuichi, please save yourself the hurt and heartbreak and just stop. Clearly we’re not meant for each other. You seem to lean towards Joyz and Ueda is constantly around me-
Maru: I will not give up.
Kim: what?
*Maru encloses the little bit of space that remains between the two till their noses are almost touching*
Maru:*lowers his voice to just above a whisper* I’m not giving up on you. I refuse. I don’t care how long it takes, but you will be mine.
Kim: *whispers, looking into his eyes* prove it.
*Maru leans in the remaining little bit of space between them, lowering his eye lids just as his lips are about to touch Kim’s, his hands reaching around Kim’s back to bring her in closer -*
*a girl screams*
“SOMEONE HELP HIM! HE’S GONNA DIE!”
