It's rather exciting to see that Randy is trying to stay busy and keep going esp in light of Randy's own poignant message on IG the other day. I really like the idea of writers and performers taking advantage of the live stream format to put on a play. I wonder if it would be more of a reading than a full production. AFAIR Randy used to collaborate with Justin Sayre in the past, featuring in a music event Justin had organized and then being a guest on Justin S'. virtual talk show. Judging by the enigmatic poster it seems like a very interesting play.
I suppose the reason behind it not being a free event is that the money from the ticket sales would support the performers during this very tough time but I wiiiiish it would have been available to all.
Take care and stay safe

I tried to create a new icon using Randy's most recent IG pic but failed miserably *g*
Hi, me again *g* (I thought it would be easier to leave a new comment than to re-edit my previous comment five time *Sorry 'bout it*
So I've just noticed that the ticket prices are literally between 10 to 15$ which is more than reasonable but I'm not even sure if it works outside the US. I would have loved to pay that price to watch Randy in this play via live stream.
Also I've noticed that the venue in which the play would be held is in L.A. Do you suppose he would fly over there? *g*
The ticket prices are extremely reasonable, to say the least. I know the theatre is in L.A. but I don't know if the whole 'show' is just going to be with the actors online in different places. I'll try to find out, V.
Two Randys is one week! We're going to get spoiled.
Justin has been doing these virtual readings of original plays since about May... he always has a great cast and they're lots of very silly fun. Looking forward to seeing what role Randy will play!
Somehow nearly missed this one. Just booked my ticket. I have no idea what is going on with this weekend (sunspot activity?) but Michael Sheen is also doing some livestream performances for the Old Vic and Neil Gaiman is doing a Q&A from the UK. All very well, but the UK ones are always in the middle of my night. Erk!
