How cool is it??? It's just what we needed to round up the spectacular QaF fan fest we've had.
Plus I think he may have trimmed his massive beard. Oh how I wish he would have stopped by as a guest on the live stream...
BTW- Scott kept his promise and uploaded the rest of the vids that were originally left out of the live stream. They're all SO fascinating and so inspiring.
You might want to add a couple more items to your list since Scott just posted an announcement that he's doing yet another live stream tomorrow May 4th with more dits about the auction as well as giving fans another opportunity to ask questions.
Another interesting bit is an article in one of my fav sites NewNowNext titled '15 fun tid bits we learned from QaF reunion Live stream'.
And btw- Remember what Peter said during the interview with the amazing Alex Chapel? It might take some time but I think it could be rather fascinating to compare Alex' story board with the actual sequence in the scene.
*g* I did see the NewNowNext article. That was really cool.
I do remember the Alex Chapel interview and I've looked at the storyboard screenshot I have. I'll be honest, I can't truly make out the shots. They're not clear enough.
I can't truly make out the shots. They're not clear enough.
Even so, I was able to clearly see some of the images in the top half of the storyboard Alex was holding and it actually made me tear up a bit. I recognized the first frame where B and J enter the garage in a long shot, the kiss, then the next two frames from Brian's POV when he sits in the jeep and there's a reflection of Justin walking away in the driver's seat window. Then I was able to notice that powerful scene of what's his face holding the bat (even though the frame only show his legs.) and then the only other frames I was able to clearly recognize is the close up of Justin's face seconds before the bat hit him (it was quite a sketchy frame but very poignant) and Justin's face covered in blood *sigh*
I was actually trying to look for another copy of this page online but couldn't see any but omg, these talented people definitely did such brilliant work.
I actually did the same thing and snapped a pic of this close up of the story board with my phone during the live stream itself and then during the replay.
According to this i was able to recognize certain frames and remembered how they appeared in the actual sequence. It very was really emotional
I just saw this pic on tech's LJ :)
