SO he had a few former cast members as surprise guests? That's cute. How lovely of Gale to call Scott on the phone from SF :) I wonder what they were talking about for 13 seconds *g* Also I love Gale's pic on Scott's phone :)
It looks like it was a cross between a podcast and one of those YouNow live stream sessions.
Apparently it wasn't open to everyone just those who paid for a ticket. I do hope that someone would be kind enough to share a link.

Scott actually called Gale about the poker games in Toronto. Something about who was the biggest winner. He had Michelle and Dean Armstrong on for a while and the whole event was run by Kate Zenna who was in three episodes of QAF in the fifth season.

Cute *g* I actually think I've read or heard about those poker games in various interviews with Scott and the others in the past :) I bet it was reaaaly interesting. I wonder who won the most ;)

It's nice to see that even though she was part of the cast for Three eps during the last season she's still keeping in touch with the 'gang'.
OMG, I've never seen this pic of Gale w/the
old' gang before. I assume it was during one of those 'poker nights'? I know both Scott and Sharon hosted quite a few of those while they were all living in Toronto during filming. I bet Scott has a few more of those 'never before seen' pics. I'm a sucker for these kind of QaF 'memorabilia' *g* I wish I was able to watch one of those podcasts *sigh*

He also spoke with Randy about the poker game but he was on voice rest between preformances and could only text back.

I LOVE the idea of Randy making an effort to be part of the 'event' despite the fact he was on voice rest between shows and could only send a what'sup/text message Scott about their 'wild days' in Toronto all those years ago. I wonder if Gale was on the phone with Scott at the same time Randy texted. If so I bet it brought back so many memories for these two :)
