UPDATE JULY 16, 2014:
Congratulations to Rae McDonald and the cast of Thirst at being accepted in the Locarno Film Festival's short and medium-length film competition. The date is August 7.
From
http://www.cineuropa.org/nw.aspx?t=newsdetail&l=en&did=260078:
"The icing on the cake of this competition is Thirst by American Rachel McDonald, starring Melanie griffith as the main character."
In an interesting coincidence of events, the judge of "Pardi di Domani," the competition in which Thirst is entered, is the actor, Rutger Hauer, who also stars in Ambi Pictures' (ANDRON) recent movie, 2047 Sights of Death.
