(no subject)
My book "Reading and Writing Japanese" has 85 different kanji for "ko", but a kanji I'm looking for, part of the verb "sa shi KO mu" written in a combination of kanji and kana, isn't in the list. I'm going to have to spring for a big kanji dictionary eventually if I keep this up...
Of course I *could* be out looking for work instead of playing with my dictionaries while searching for a particular scene in Weiß Kreuz (in order to identify a cel for sale on eBay)... but reading dictionaries has always been a favorite pastime!
