Where to start?
I've been busy busy busy! Haven't updated in well over a month. I'm doing really well, all settled into the life of a new home-owner, and I'm really enjoying that. My home has already increased in value according to www.zillow.com, which is exciting. Finally starting to see some resolution with my realtor, the agency has agreed to take care of the remaining repairs and re-imburse the money they owe me for other repairs. Phew! I will still probably be going to small claims court for some other issues... but at least I can see the end is near now.
At work I've been appointed as lead designer on re-doing the company's web site! A big milestone in my career for me, and chance to show the execs what I'm made of. Here's the current website, www.mlsinc.com.
Music stuff is ROCKING!! So Broken Recordings is now on beatport.com at www.beatport.com/so+broken. I've signed another dnb producer, and vocalist. I've been playing with Ableton and Reason a lot more. Its been a couple years, but recently diving back in has helped refresh my memory. I have a couple breaks and dnb tunes that I did when I first started learning that I may share with a few select folks, but currently I'm working 100% on techno, minimal to hard shiz, with the intention of doing live PAs.
So Broken Radio's Podcast is also now up and running again! www.sobroken.com/podcast, so all the live dj shows on the station will be made available if you miss a show. Also, starting next week there will be a new schedule for live shows on the station, including a weekly all so broken residents show!
And lastly, I've been working hard on a re-design of www.sobroken.com, so version 2.0 will be popping through the clouds later this month.
Dang I didn't realize so much has happened in the past month, craziness! I will update again soon, or try to, and read up on all of you too! But for now I'm off to rock the decks in Boise this weekend!
