My first offer

Went to an open house over the weekend, and LOVED the house. I'm making an offer on it this morning at 10. There was 1 other offer made yesterday morning and the sellers decided to wait for mine so they can review both tonight at 6.

did you get someone to look at all the foundation n' plumbing stuffs? man, there are some sneaky people out there that cosmetically make things look good, but underneath, can be a nightmare. Thanks to 20/20 and Dateline, I'm totally paranoid, haha! That's awesome you love it!!!

The full home inspection, and pest and dry rot inspection will probably come next week. Depending on if they accept my offer. Still waiting to hear the final word, the husband has been very sick so they wanted to think everything over and give their decision today.

AH...that's not good that he's sick. :( But yea, didn't think you wouldn't get the home inspection...hehe. I can't even fathom getting a house...you go girl!

Thanks I'm just sitting here waiting for my realtor to call. Its hard to concentrate on work.. trying not to get over excited yet until I know for sure. ;-)
