House hunting
I've been busy scanning websites and classifieds for homes. I just called a realtor last night and she'll be showing me a home in Springfield today at noon. I'm very excited.
I need to call and try to get myself pre-qualified this morning, so I know just how much I can afford. I plan on having a roommate, but it is also probably best I make sure I can make mortgage payments on my own, in case I ever have to go it alone for whatever reason.
