i'm currently marinating chicken breasts in pineapple juice and white wine.  will grill with pineapple rings, onion, and red peppers.  will serve with rice.  i'm looking for some kind of a sauce to serve on it, preferably a little spicy or tangy.  like a szechuan type or general tso's.  any suggestions on which would be better, or something different altogether?  ang won't eat the spicy stuff, this would be only for my plate, or possibly for jacob's as well.  additionally, any other veggie suggestions for this meal?
