I suspect that naughty Debbie Harry might have made some songs of her own.

It doesn't matter if these two bands mean anything to you. I'm sure you have two bands that fit into this comic nicely.

Most bands, like artists of any kind will always experiment and go through stages and produce a lot of stuff in their time and by and large improve and become truly mature and amazing artists as they grow and get more experience. They should always do this and I think its nice to try and appreciate the stuff that doesn't grab you straight away. It will often just hit you someday when you're in the right mood, or when you've become a different person. Happens to me all the time!

That said, GEEZ LOUISE, Blondie. Some real crap in there. But when Call Me comes on (which I want to point I was my first Blondie song, introduced to me via my much loved Chipmunk Punk/Chipmunk Rock tape) my blood races to that sexy beat.

While I'm on the subject of great music, my recent love is The Name of the Game by ABBA. Damn! Deserves to be heard in headphones or loud on speakers. It's the ABBA song Queen would have been happy to own. It kicks them notches higher and higher.

And here's a recent discovery for all my fellow DEVO fans that made my very happy.

REMINDER: Still some Japanese Ladies originals available!

Also: New "For You" booklet AND about the HDD I'm searching for.
