(no subject)
me weekend was so incredibly awesome!!!!!!!
i went to camp skeeter, which is this big co-ed camp @ camp caillet in nanaimo for scouts and girl guids (14 n over)
so we got there, and we were like, ok... where are the guys, cuz we were camping w/ the scouts from t-town, n then we fouind them, n then we had to find Karen, to get our gear, and then we set up, our tent was broken, but luckily we had an extra. then we all sat around "the pit" (fire pit, but we couldn't have ne fires) and we talked until about 1 am when it started to pour. and then on saturday, we didn't really do much, just kinda sat around, found some of cara and daisy's friends from last year and hung out w/ them. and sunday was pretty much the same, except i was going to go to the lake, but after 45 minutes of waiting, these guys who sed they had been waiting longer (when really we had all been there about the same amount of time)and budged in front of us, right when we were about to get on the bus. so i went back and read my book.
on saturday and sunday nights there was a dance, until midnight. didn't go, but the music was really crappy (we were close to the clearing, and it was pretty loud)
i did karaoke on saturday, and sang let it be, by john lennon, and then jaspal did respect, and everyone kinda forgot about my singing, but oh well, jaspal did a more upbeat song and she has a much stronger voice then me
monday we were all exhausted, and packed up. got the the ferry terminal, and there was free wqaterbnottles and cookies, then when we were on the ferry, i blew the last of my money on ice cream and fries. then i got my "fortune" told with tarot cards by one of the girls that had come to camp, and then i fell asleep and then we got to t-town and i put out the tarps i had been given to clean, and sat on the couch, fell asleep for about an hour, and did my hwk
n today i went out for lunch w/ spanish class to andale's, very very good food, and even better virgin margaritas. but then i had to run 3 laps in pe, n i found out that they're not going to give us a fitness test, which made me happy
and then i walked partway home in the pouring rain, but then my gramma drove by and gave me a ride the rest of the way
so ya, now i'm staying @ my gramma's till sunday, so if u need me, email me, tho it might take me a while to get it, or phone me @ 604-943-2949
