guess what just happened? i cannot freaking believe this, a guy just entered the lecture theatre from the front door, with a heart-shaped balloon tied to a bouquet of flowers, walked all the way up the stairs to the very back of the lt. and he hands the valentine gift to a girl and heads out the back door.
that is sooooooo random! haha! and it caught the attention of everyone, and do i mean everyone, in the lt. almost everyone's eyeballs were following him every step of the way. and you could hear the 'aaww's float through the lt.
i'm sure the girl must be ecstatic, or possibly embarrassed. who knows?
but just that move from the guy has triggered the valentine-anxiety of other girls. now they will expect their other halves to do someting on the same scale or even larger.
this just made my day, it really tickled me. really did. i'm not jealous, no, that i vehemently deny. instead, i just look on with amusement. does that seem mean and detached? why? cause my guy doesn't surprise me that way? why would he even bother to in the first place?
all this hoo-ha about v-day is just what people make it to be. some people anxiously await this day, some don't. there, everyone differs.
and now i believe i have said what i wanted to. time for me to prep myself up for the 211 presentation later. wish me luck!
