I haven't wrote in here in a while, so here we go.
I've started watching Burn Notice, thanks to "The Geekbox" podcasts. Good show that has Bruce Campbell in it, but not too stimulating. Just a kind of fun show. It's not "The Unit", which I think is superb TV, but it's decent enough. Oh and speaking of which, I've pretty much gotten heavy into the whole 1up crew after they left 1up. So that means following people at
Eat.Sleep.Game,
Geekbox,
Area5 TV, and
Listen Up (formerly 1Up Yours).

Street Fighter IV. I'm starting to hate the game. I don't understand the timing on the Supers/Ultras. For the most part, instead of being great punishing counters, they seem to be designed more for combo chains. Kinda really annoying to me. But the worst part are the command throw ranges of Zangief especially, but also E.Honda and to a lesser extent, Abel.
And playing online is starting to piss me off. Everyone waits for everyone else to pick first. What kind of bullshit is this? Toss in some pretty bad lag at times, and a glut of Shotokan players, and urg. It's nasty. Oh, and it's just weird to me that you can't set it up so you play multiple ranked matches and such... You've gotta keep creating rooms, or keep searching for rooms. I'm not sure if I'm missing a toggle somewhere, but that's just retarded.

FLOWer might be my game of 2009. It's just that good. I've played it through about 4 times in the past week and a bit that I've had it. It's relaxing, epic, refreshing, and just plain fun. I've always been a person that loves flying, and the game is essentially all about flying.

Fate Stay Night... I've finished the middle scenario of the game, called Unlimited Blade Works. Everyone that's watched the anime should play the game, if just for that second scenario. Basically, due to different choices, completely different storylines open up in the game, which lead you down three basic major paths. Unlimited Blade Works deals with Emiya Shirou (the guy that's my userpic) and Archer. Just a really well written story that has lots of cool moments. It's just a great story. Oh, and the cool thing is, the fan translation by Mirrormoon allows you to rip the voices from the Japanese PS2 game. It's pretty crazy. So you can play on your computer with an English hack that adds the Japanese voices from the PS2 game... That's what I call awesome.
