Had an interesting weekend. Friday was an appointment with more pain, or sports remidial massage. With the evening staying in chilled out and relaxed.
Saturday went to Reading to catch up with a friend and do some training, ended up with a round trip taking about 9hrs, 5 of which were travelling! Thanks to train engineers and traffic : )
Training was fun though and worth putting upp with the extended travel. wasn't sure how i was going to feel after the massage work on friday but things weren't too bad.
Finally got back to Soton and caught up with Craig, who was gracious enough to feed me. Lasange MMM. Thanks again mate : ) and had a night in watching zombie comedies with lots of blood and samurai sword movies also with lots of blood, and also much chatting of randomness.
Today has been spent catching up on lost sleep reading and watching documentaries.
Now time to get really stuck back into Uni work.
