Prompt: My request is not simple: Romano dissapears, only to be found a month later , showing signs of sexual, physical and psycological abuse. This anon wants a really violent, bloody fic, with Conquistador!Spain and Mafia!Feliciano finding out who did it and...taking care of them.
Bonus: Romano can't talk, because his throat is so raw from screaming it continuously bleeds and they had to put a machine to drain the blood, so he didn't drown in it.
