Spain's friends think Spain deserves better than Romano

Prompt: So. Spain's friends. Yeah, those guys. (Anon's thinking Prussia and France here, but hell, if you want to use England or an OC-tan or someone else, go for it) They're watching Spain's made-of-fail relationship with Romano, decide their 'dear friend' deserves better, and start going at Spain and anyone else in the vicinity who's listening. I'm thinking either (or both):
A) These nations decide to show Spain what he 'deserves' in a stunningly hot threesome (or whateverah) in which he's very likely well taken care of, if teased unmercifully to total distraction/crazy
B) Romano doing his damn well best to cut down on his verbal abuse/violence (if likely being as awkward as ever) and Spain being confused as anything (if likely being as adoring as ever) till Romano finally loses it and snaps, but the two of them finally stop dancing around each other (in this case, a bonus if Spain's 'dear friends' then start going at him that Romano's acting so nice is so suspicious and he's probably with someone else, because Spain's friends are, as we know, assholes who probably sometimes are just shitstirring for the lulz (mafia!romano finally at snappage point is totally okay)
(You get the super bonus if you can work this somehow in to the same story in a way that makes sense, but one or the other is great, too! Hell, if you can find a way to make this in to some sort of crazy foursome, I'll love you forever. So not picky, just crazy.)
