Prompt: Don't know if it's true but a while ago I read that the Romans sometimes vomited after meals or between the courses when they felt too stuffed. Of course that only applied to the wealthy Romans.
Anyway, I want to read that Grandpa Rome taught North and South Italy this 'bad habit'.
Some time later, when living together with another Nation, Nation B finds out about North and/or South Italy's vomiting. Nation B tries to make it stop but it's not so easy. Both Italies see it as no big deal; they love tasty food and eating it and quite often just end up feeling too full to not throw up.
You can involve both Italies or just one of them.
Nation B can be anyone. No smut needed, no pairing needed.
