Prompt: I've discovered I have a bit of a humiliation kink, but not to the point where it gets devastating. So basically, Spain and Romano have an agreement of sorts where Spain can humiliate Romano, but only under agreed upon conditions. There wouldn't need to be a focus on the rules, but enough so that I don't feel like Spain is being truly cruel u_u
