Split personalities

Prompt: Due to some weird spell/curse or something, every nation is split into two personalities - their very worst, and their very best. Like pirate!England vs. big brother!England, conquistador!Spain or Inquisition!Spain vs normal!Spain, samurai!Japan vs polite!Japan, Viking!Nordics, mafia!Romano, so on and so forth. The only nations unaffected are those who weren't around for long enough to develop two separate personas.
The whole splitting-into-two thing can work a few ways - maybe two physical bodies for each nation (which could be cool as one's good side and bad side interact), or random personality shifts. Like America's talking to cute!affectionate!England, then bam, pirate!England is there ready to rumble.
Hmm...Anywhere anon wants to take it would be fantastic, though. :)
BONUS
I. I like Spamano and USUK, Spain/England (conquistador/pirate?) or England/Prussia. XD But any pairings are fine! Or no pairings at all!
II. Russia's good side freaks everyone out by his complete and utterly sincere sweetness.
III. The bad!nations are honestly, truly creepy. And some of them team up in order to show the world who's boss.
